Car Show Central’s Privacy Policy Effective Date: May 1, 2009 Car Show Central values its Users and the privacy of our Users’ Personally Identifiable and Non Personally Identifiable Information (collectively “Personal Information”), and recognizes that our Users may be concerned about how we collect, use, and disclose Personal Information. Methods of Collection Car Show Central collects your Personal Information in several different ways. First, we collect information when you provide it to us when registering as a Member, when you place an order for product, when you set up a car club, car show or cruise in profile or announcement with Car Show Central, when you sign up for a newsletter or message board, when you use the Forum, or when you communicate with us directly via the Website. Use of Personal Information Personally Identifiable Information Personal Identifiable Information is mainly used for Car Show Central’s own internal purposes in order to provide the Services to you including but not limited to providing the Retail Sales Services, customer service issues, maintaining and improving the Website, and providing and improving the Services. Non Personally Identifiable Information Car Show Central uses Non Personally Identifiable Information to track and analyze the usage and performance of the Website and Services. Car Show Central uses this information internally to assist in determining changes and/or upgrades to the Website, whether to add or discontinue specific Services, and for internal market analysis purposes. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. We will affirmatively delete any information which we have knowledge came from or pertains to a child under the age of 13. Children between the ages of 13 and 18 may use our Website and Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Car Show Central’s Intellectual Property Policy Effective Date: May 1, 2009 Car Show Central’s intent is to create an online environment in which Users can participate in a community, access resources, list and publicize their car show, car clubs and cruise-ins, while at the same time respecting the intellectual property rights of others. Through their contracts with us, our Users are contractually prohibited from using the Website and our Services to infringe any third party intellectual property rights, and affirmatively warrant to us that they are the owners of the intellectual property rights to the uploaded content. While we utilize commercially reasonable methods to prescreen our Users’ uploaded content, no system is 100% foolproof and potential infringing material may appear on the Website. If you believe your intellectual property rights (for example copyright, trademark, patent, trade dress, or right of publicity) rights have been infringed by a User of Car Show Central, please contact us. Upon receipt of a notice meeting the requirements set forth below, Car Show Central will investigate your claims.
